Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy is most effective with minimal clothing.
Recommended attire:
Men: Clean gym shorts, swim trunks, boxers, or briefs
Women: Clean sports bra and shorts or a swimsuit
Eye safety:
Red light therapy does not emit UV light; however, due to the brightness of the panels, we recommend keeping your eyes closed or using the optional protective eyewear provided—especially during the forward-facing portion of the session. Please avoid looking directly into the panels.
Infrared Sauna
Clothing is required for infrared sauna sessions.
Recommended attire:
Men: Clean gym shorts or swim trunks
Women: Clean sports bra and shorts or swimwear
After your sauna session, you may rinse off in the showers located in the b|well locker room.
Cold Plunge
Clothing is required for cold plunge sessions, and swimwear is encouraged.
Important guidelines:
All guests must rinse off in the shower before entering the cold plunge to reduce sweat and body oils
The cold plunge shower is reserved for cold plunge use only
Towels & Amenities
Towel service is provided for infrared sauna and cold plunge sessions.
You will receive a spa towel at check-in, and all towels may be returned to the laundry drop located in the hallway after your service.
To maintain fairness and protect availability for all guests, a 12-hour cancellation policy is in
place for all recovery spa services.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
• If you cancel 12+ hours before your appointment, you’ll receive a full refund or
account credit.
• If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, no refunds will be issued.
No-Shows
• If you do not attend your appointment, no refunds will be issued.
Arriving Late:
• Sessions end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
No extra fees — simply no refunds for missed or late-canceled appointments.
