B|WELL Physiotherapy services are provided by our Doctor of Physical Therapy & Director of 4A Performance, Preston Droessler. Preston is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, certified USA Weightlifting coach, and a dry needling provider, and specializes in biomechanical analysis and movement-based rehabilitation. Performance Physiotherapy
- Personalized treatment plans geared towards long-term results. Improve range of motion, strength, balance, coordination, and most importantly, eliminate your pain, to get you back to doing what you love through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
- Great for all orthopedic conditions such as osteoarthritis, neck/back pain, sprains, strains, pre/post-surgical care, and more.
Surgical Pre/Post-Rehabilitation
Did you know receiving physical therapy prior to surgery can improve your outcomes? B|WELL is able to treat your surgical conditions before and after your operation to guide your recovery process and get you back to doing what you love!
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a modality we use to reduce muscle tension, promote blood flow, and decrease pain sensations. By inserting thin monofilament needles into sensitive tissues, we are able to reduce joint aches, muscle soreness, and irritable nerve symptoms at the localized point of discomfort. By calming down the affected areas, we are then able to comfortably proceed with rest of the physiotherapy services to promote range of motion and strength for lasting results.
Return to Sport
Coming off of a big injury and not sure if you are ready for competition yet? We’ve got you covered. With our state-of-the-art performance center and our sports-based physiotherapist, we are able to test, evaluate, and fully prepare you for your return to your sport with confidence and a decreased risk for re-injury. Our team is trained in evaluating and assessing the biomechanics involved with sport movement patterns to ensure you are moving with strength and efficiency to perform at your best when you step back in the game.
For athletes looking to maintain the “team training” feel, we also offer Return to Sport Group sessions. Each athlete will still have their personalized rehabilitation plan but will be able to complete it around other athletes also working on rehabbing their injuries. This group setting helps athletes continue to push one another, and provide each athlete with the comradery, group involvement, and even competitive aspect that can unfortunately get lost during individualized rehabilitation sessions.
Strength & Speed Training
Our performance physiotherapy services aren’t just for those in pain! Our team is trained and very experienced in the strength and conditioning field and can provide running/lifting form analyses and breakdowns, coaching, and programming for anyone looking to improve their performance!

Sessions will vary from patient to patient, but a typical session will start off with dry needling to relax tense tissues and promote localized blood flow to the affected area (if appropriate), before going into manual therapy techniques to increase range of motion and muscle activation in the affected area, and then moving on to resistance training to increase strength and power output of the targeted area for long lasting results.
We encourage athletic attire and tennis shoes for our sessions.
