B|Sculpt is our signature hot yoga experience. Our philosophy is yoga first, sculpt second. We add weights into pastures to increase difficulty, challenge your mobility with primal body weight movements and push your cardiovascular endurance with short cardiolasts. Each class ends with a cold eucalyptus towel guided shavasana.
All equipment is provided. Bare feet (optional). Yoga mats available for rental or bring your own.

This AMRAP style workout allows you to tap into your inner athlete while performing athletic inspired lifts and excercises using a variety of equipment ranging from barbells and sleds to plyo boxes and med balls.

This signautre b|well class combines barre, mat pilates, and yoga into one low impact workout. Bala equipment and props will enhance your ability to add strength as you lengthen and define your entire body through a variety of controlled movements.

This signature b|well class is our OG bread + butter. A total body plyometric based workout will focus on exercises and lifts to add strength and endurance to your body using dumbbells and body weight.

Yoga For Athletes is a b|well signature mobility based yoga class created by Bri. Yoga For Athletes (Y4A) is a unique combination of postures and flows that increase flexibility, enhance mobility, and aide in recovery. Y4A is available to both teams and b|well members.

Instructors will dim the lights and turn up the motivational music to take you on a ride filled with challenging hills, downhill sprints and steady hovers synchronized to the beat of music. Explicit (music) + Worship (music) Rides are also offered!
STAGES bikes accomodate both SPD clips and tennis shoes. Shoe rentals not offered.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flow-based style of yoga where movements are linked to the breath. Poses transition smoothly from one to the next, creating a continuous sequence that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Perfectfor all levels and abilities.

Power Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic, strength-focused flow that combines breath-to-movement sequencing with more intensity. Expect a faster pace, challenging poses, and longer holds that build heat, endurance, and power while still offering the mindfulness and fluidity of vinyasa.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues through long-held, passive poses. By settling into postures for several minutes, Yin promotes flexibility, joint health, relaxation, and balance for both body and mind.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, deeply relaxing practice that uses props to fully support the body in restful poses. Postures are held for several minutes to encourage release, reduce stress, and restore balance to the nervous system.

Lifting Club is a new and unique strength training class at b|well. Unlike traditional b|strong classes that promote strength and endurance, this class focuses on strength and power. That means slowing down the pace, dialing in proper form and technique, and emphasizing quality reps over quantity.
Mondays and Tuesdays are dedicated to lower body, while Wednesdays and Thursdays target the upper body, giving you a balanced and intentional full-body strength program.

FAQs
Failure to cancel class reservations 12 hours before class will result in a $5 penalty. Failure to attend your reservation without cancelling will result in a $10 penalty.
6, 12 and 18 month contracts may be cancelled with a written notice or in-person at B|Well Company. If the contract is cancelled prior to the expiration date, the member is responsible to pay 50% of the remainder of their contract.
If a member cancels due to military service, the member may cancel without paying the cancellation fee.
Members have the ability to pause their memberships due to medical injury or pregnancy. Please contact a B|Well Company representative for this to go into effect.
