B|Well University has training opportunities that are open to the public, private teams training in our facility as well as our team coming into your studio. Each of our trainings provide even the most skilled coach a chance to tap into the extra 1%, while developing an understanding of how music selection and understanding, preparation and practice and simplifying the work can create an elevated experience with every class.

- Understanding your music better and streamline playlisting
- Improve your mic voice, inflection and delivery
- Mastering your presence as the leader of the experience
- Master the ability fully connect with you room
- Master the ability to deliver a consistent experience
- Master the ability to create classes that flow
Expect a mix of both lessons and practical work. Participants should plan to perform the class often and should consider bringing multiple changes of clothes for comfort and even their own snacks should you need something quick or have food preferences. All participants will be take part in the practice teaching part of the training. We encourage you to take full advantage this opportunity to put your learnings to the test while you have the full attention and support of our team.
To get the most out of this training, we ask that you come with pre-planned questions and an open mind to the experiences of the other participants. This will ensure the training is a safe place where all feel comfortable to share and try without judgment.

B|Sculpt / Mat Method Trainings
B|Sculpt is our signature hot yoga experience. Our philosophy is yoga first, sculpt second. We add weights into postures to increase difficulty, challenge your mobility with primal body weight movements and push your cardiovascular endurance with short cardio blasts. Each class ends with a cold eucalyptus towel and guided shavasana.
Mat Method is a signature mat b|well class that combines barre, mat Pilates and yoga into one low impact workout. Bala equipment and props will enhance your ability to add strength as you lengthen and define your entire body through a variety of controlled movements.

B|Box / B|Strong Trainings
B|Strong is a total body plyometric based workout will focus on exercises and lifts to add strength and endurance to your body using dumbbells and body weight.
B|Box is an explosive total body workout featuring foundational kickboxing movements synchronized to a motivational playlist.

B|Ride Trainings
B|Ride is our indoor cycling class where instructors will dim the lights and turn up the motivational music to take you on a ride filled with challenging hills, downhill sprints, steady hovers and playful choreography synchronized to the beat of music.

A: The tagline of our company is “Let’s Live Forever.” We have it on t-shirts. We have it painted on the walls in our studio. I have it tattooed on my arm! It’s the b|well gospel. But what does it really mean? Let’s live forever doesn’t mean let’s never die. It means let’s live every day of our lives fully, forever.
The moment we stop growing, stop changing, stop learning. That’s when we stop living.
Some growth and change in our lives will come easy. It will be obvious that you’re ready. A no-brainer. It will be exciting and rewarding.
Some growth and change won’t come so easy. It will be confusing. It will hurt. It may require letting go. It may mean making new friends. It may mean being alone.
Sometimes the temptation to just stay where you’re at is real. It’s comfortable. It’s safe. You know that you could be happier or things could be better… but change would require so much work, time, energy… and the risk? What if I do it and it doesn’t work out?

FAQ
Here are the answers to all your questions.
You must cancel your class at least 12 hours before your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties. Late cancels by any class pass member (including a drop-in) will result in the loss of a credit. Late cancels by unlimited members will result in a $5 fee. Failure to attend or cancel your reservation will result in a $10 fee.
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. As spots become available, they will automatically be allocated to those on the waitlist. Our system will automatically bring waitlisted individuals into the class up until 1 HOUR before class starts and you will be notified via email or text. If no spots become available, your credit will be put back to your account to use for a future booking. If you are pulled into class from the waitlist and do not show up, our standard cancellation policies apply.
Please make sure you cancel your place if you no longer wish to be on the waitlist for class. You can do this at any point, without penalty, unless you have already been added to the class from the waitlist.
We want your first class at B|WELL to be stress-free and fun! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and we encourage you to take the class at your own pace and comfortability. We understand your first class can be intimidating, so we recommend you arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around the studio and you can get set up by one of our team members. This will help ensure the best experience! We're here for you, buddy- you're going to do great!
B|RIDE: Our spin bikes will accommodate SPD clips or tennis shoes. We do not have spin shoe rentals.
B|BOX: We have punching gloves available for use if you do not own your own.
B|YOGA / B|BARRE: We have mats available for rental.
Our studio offers towel service, water fountains, showers and energy drinks/beverages for purchase.

Myzone calculates your Heart Rate while you workout in our studio. It's your workout. Track your effort.
