* Essential postpartum care practices
* Guidelines for safe exercise during pregnancy and strategies for returning to exercise afterward
* Understanding hormones before, during and after pregnancy
We’ll also bridge theory with practice, demonstrating how to relax and engage your pelvic floor through targeted exercises commonly used in the gym.
