VINYASA:
"Vinyasa" means linking breath with movement. The postures are done in a flowing sequence and is the perfect start to any beginner yogi.
YIN:
Yin yoga focuses on postures that target connective tissue in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Poses are held for anywhere between 3-8 minutes and are intended to provide a feeling of release and increase flexibility.
RESTORATIVE:
Restorative yoga is all about healing the mind and body through simple poses with the help of props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets.
POWER VINYASA:
Power vinyasa is an energetic form of yoga where you focus on fluidly moving through powerful poses while connecting breath to movement
