About Our Classes

B Strong

Build muscle, burn fat and train your body to live forever! Using a variety of equipment and body weight movements, B|STRONG is a total body workout that will add strength, balance, mobility and deliver results.

HOT b|strong is held in the hot studio. Room is warmed to 90-95 degrees.

B Barre

This body shaping experience is influenced by pilates and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positioning. The low impact technique focuses on small isolated movements within deeply held postures. Room is warmed to 90-95 degrees.

B Sculpt

Hot b|sculpt is a heated yoga sculpt class that incorporates weights and resistance equipment with short cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate nd increase calorie burn. Room is warmed to 90-95 degrees.

B Box

Therapy or a workout? We call it both! Put on your gloves and get ready to jab, cross, hook & kickbox through this explosive total body workout!

B Ride

Inspirational instructors will dim the lights and turn up the motivational music to take you on a ride filled with hills, downhill sprints and thrilling hovers. (B|RIDE EXPLICIT and B|RIDE WORSHIP also available)

B Yoga

VINYASA:

"Vinyasa" means linking breath with movement. The postures are done in a flowing sequence and is the perfect start to any beginner yogi.

YIN:

Yin yoga focuses on postures that target connective tissue in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Poses are held for anywhere between 3-8 minutes and are intended to provide a feeling of release and increase flexibility.

RESTORATIVE:

Restorative yoga is all about healing the mind and body through simple poses with the help of props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets.

POWER VINYASA:

Power vinyasa is an energetic form of yoga where you focus on fluidly moving through powerful poses while connecting breath to movement

SCULPT: 

Yoga sculpt incorporates weights and resistance equipment with short cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate nd increase calorie burn.
