At 4A Performance, we’re here to help athletes rise above the competition. If you’re ready to take your performance to the next level, check out these focused programs:
Basketball (In-Season)
- When: Sundays 5:30–6:30 PM + one additional evening (varies by game/practice schedule)
- Focus: Advanced strength and conditioning tailored to manage workload and fatigue for multi-game weeks. Emphasis on velocity-based training to objectively monitor fatigue.
- Duration: January 19 – February 14 (4-week block)
Volleyball
- When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:15–5:15 PM
- Duration: January 21 – February 13 (4-week block)
Football
- When: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:30–5:30 PM
- Duration: January 20 – February 12 (4-week block)
Track & Field Prep Series (Grades 7–12)
- When: Sundays, 4:30–5:30 PM
- Focus: General speed, acceleration, and event-specific technique guided by current and former collegiate track athletes.
- Duration: January 19 – March 9 (8-week program)
Baseball/Softball Prep Series (Grades 7–12)
- When: Sundays, 1:00–2:00 PM
- Focus: Power, agility, quickness, and mobility screening for individualized needs.
- Duration: January 19 – March 9 (8-week program)

THE COACHING STAFF
Our team of performance coaches lead by Program Director Preston Droessler, PT, DPT, CSCS, USAW-1 is here to serve local athletes searching to gain a competitive edge through customized training programs to meet athletes in-season and in the off season. Our state-of-the-art training facility combined with experienced, knowledgeable and passionate coaching offers a new and unique training experience to the Brookings, SD area.
