THE COACHING STAFF
Our team of performance coaches lead by Program Director Preston Droessler, PT, DPT, CSCS, USAW-1 is here to serve local athletes searching to gain a competitive edge through customized training programs to meet athletes in-season and in the off season. Our state-of-the-art training facility combined with experienced, knowledgeable and passionate coaching offers a new and unique training experience to the Brookings, SD area.

- General strength fundamentals and foundational movement patterns
- Introduction to agility and plyometrics
- Performance Academy participants are free
6-8th GRADE | 11a-12p
- Introduction to resistance training
- Foundations for basic movement patterns
- Speed and acceleration techniques
- Performance Academy participants are free
9-12th GRADE | 12-1p
- Professional coaching for squat, bench, and deadlift movement patterns
- Introduction and form fixes for power exercises
- Speed and acceleration techniques
In Search of Athletes Looking to Stand Out
- Who: High School athletes, with enrollment capped at 6 athletes per sport group
(Football, Basketball, Baseball/Softball, Volleyball) - Program Duration: December 22 - January 17
- Training Times:
- Basketball, Football: Sundays 5:30–6:30 PM & Thursdays 7:00–8:00 PM (Thursday times may adjust based on athletic schedules)
- Baseball/Softball: Sundays 5:30–6:30 PM & Thursdays 7:00–8:00 PM (Times may be adjusted to better accommodate group needs)
- Volleyball: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:15–5:15 PM
- What: Strength, speed, agility, and plyometric training tailored to each sport
- Cost: $150 per athlete for the 4-week block
This program is specifically designed for athletes looking to elevate their game and achieve sport-specific performance goals. The flexibility in scheduling allows our current athletes involved from Brookings, Sioux Valley, Elkton, and Estelline to be able to train based around their competitive schedules!
Special Note:
Due to the holidays during the first week of the next block, Volleyball training will begin on Tuesday, December 17th. This group will initially run as a 5-week block.
