4A Monthly Memberships for 6-12th Grade Athletes

  • 4A Performance 
  • House of Speed
    • 2 60-minute sessions per week
    • Max velocity and acceleration training
    • Up-to-date, research-based principles and techniques to improve overall speed
    • High-tech utilization: VALD digital timing systems & Woodway Curved treadmill
    • Access to Yoga for Athletes

ALL ATHLETES GRADES 6-12 BEGINNING THEIR FIRST WEEK WITH 4A WILL TAKE PART IN INTRODUCTORY TRAINING TO ACQUAINT WITH COACHES, ESTABLISH CURRENT LEVEL, AND LEARN THE 4A WAY (starting in March)

Team Performance Training

  • 4A Team Training Contract
    • Performance training led by 4A coaching staff
    • Option to utilize 4A Performance facility or bring 4A coach to your team
    • Quote provided based on number of teams, duration, and level of training required (monthly rates starting at $499)
  • 4A Team Programming
    • Performance training programmed by 4A coaching staff
    • Training led by team’s coaching staff
    • Access to 4A coaching staff for weekly check-ins
    • Quote provided based on number of teams, duration, and level of training required (monthly rates starting at $99)

In-Season Track Strength Training

  • 8-12th Grade
    • Sunday 4:00 - 5:00pm
    • 5 week blocks (first block 3/16 - 4/13)
    • Full 10 weeks (Block 1 + Block 2: 4/27 - 5/25)

4A Jump Lab

  • 6-12th grade
  • Drills, exercises, and techniques to improve vertical jump and reactive jump ability
  • Vertec and VALD measuring systems
  • Monday 7:15 - 8:00pm
  • March 16 - April 20 (No Easter)

Our team of performance coaches lead by Program Director Preston Droessler, PT, DPT, CSCS, USAW-1 is here to serve local athletes searching to gain a competitive edge through customized training programs to meet athletes in-season and in the off season. Our state-of-the-art training facility combined with experienced, knowledgeable and passionate coaching offers a new and unique training experience to the Brookings, SD area.

What's up 4A! We’re the Fiedlers and the proud owners of 4A performance. A big passion we share together is sports. We grew up as multi-sport athletes and both competed at the collegiate level. Participating in performance training programs were pivotal experiences for us as competitive athletes. Creating a local space dedicated to athletes surrounded by a team of professionals trained to safely and effectively help them improve their performance and competitive edge is an absolute dream for us.
The 4A brand stands for “for athletes”. Everything about our program, from our modern training facility to our team of professional coaches, is tailored to one specific audience: athletes. This population requires different measures because they are chasing different goals. We understood the need, we recognized the gap and we created the solution- for athletes.
Yoga for athletes (Y4A) was our first successful division and we can’t wait to share what’s coming next to 4A.
